About these terms
These terms apply when you place an order with Dates Firm. They should be read with our Payment, Shipping, Return, Refund, and Privacy Policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy the items in your basket. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received it; a binding contract is formed when we accept the order or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, or fraud is suspected.
Products and availability
Dates are natural products, so size, colour, softness, and appearance can vary by crop and pack. All products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for it.
Prices and payment
The checkout shows the applicable product price, taxes, and delivery charges before you confirm the order. Payment must be completed using an available method. Please see our Payment Policy for more information.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and for arranging receipt of the parcel. Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch, tracking, delays, and failed deliveries.
Problems with an order
Inspect your order promptly and contact us if anything is missing, incorrect, damaged, or appears unsafe. Keep the goods and packaging while we review the issue. Our Return and Refund Policies explain the available process.
Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase or for delay caused by events reasonably outside our control.
