The payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on your delivery location, currency, device, and order value.
Authorisation and order confirmation
When you submit an order, your payment provider may authorise or reserve the amount. An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. If payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may not be processed.
Prices, taxes, and delivery charges
The total shown before you place the order includes the applicable product prices and any taxes or delivery charges identified at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction fees.
Payment security
Payments are handled through the secure options shown at checkout. Never send full card details by email or through our contact form. We may carry out reasonable verification or fraud-prevention checks before dispatch.
Payment problems
If a payment appears unsuccessful, check your account before trying again to avoid duplicate orders. Contact your payment provider about a declined transaction, or contact us with the order reference if you believe you have been charged incorrectly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider. See our Refund Policy for details.
